Below we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions and their answers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please write us a note and we’ll be happy to answer all your inquiries.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Deidre Denise will not sell, share or distribute your personal information with anyone. In order to keep you informed about our latest products, specials or other exciting news we ask for your email address. We also need this information along with your phone number and credit card information to fulfill your order.  Your personal information will be treated with the highest grounds of security and will be confidential.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100!

Deidre Denise at this time only ships merchandise within the USA, it's Territories & Canada. Deidre Denise uses USPS or FEDEX for shipping packages.  A tracking number will be emailed to customers once the item has been shipped. You can track your USPS delivery HERE , Fedex delivery HERE . Deidre Denise holds no responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to errors from the postal service.

Processing time:

  • Standard orders are processed & verified within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipped within USA 3-5  business days,  Canada 3-10 business days, excluding holidays, sales and weekends.

  • Express orders are processed, verified and shipped within 1 business day. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item EXCLUDING JEWELRY for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE. 

ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.

Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 7 days from post marked delivery!

Please contact us via email: info@deidredenise.com about returning your items for EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT.

In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. 

CONDITIONS

  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN , UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED

  • NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS

Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Please allow 7-10 days after items are received to process your store credit or exchange if applicable.
